Returns & Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges and returns. You have 14 days from the date of delivery, inclusive, to return or exchange your order. Contact us at customercare@ekseption.com to get your UPS return label or to organize a pickup for orders in Spain via Nacex.
Cost of return
The costs vary depending on the shipping country. The cost of the return is the same as the initial shipping costs.
Our returns policy
All products that are new and unused may be returned if they have all designer tags and protective materials attached. This includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. Ekseption reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or have been used or altered from its original condition in any way. If we refuse to refund your order, you will be informed accordingly. In this case, you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Bags & Accessories
All designer bags such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Note: treat light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether to keep it or not because dark clothing can transfer dye to light-colored leather items.
Shoes
All shoes must be returned with the dust bag and shoe box. The shoe box is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in an outer packaging to protect it. If sent otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Beauty, Fragrance & Candles
Skincare, cosmetics, and haircare must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. These items have shipping restrictions and can only be shipped within the EU.
Vintage items
Vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned. Contact our customer care team if there is an issue with your purchased vintage item.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Lingerie briefs, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, and tights are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we accept returns on bras and bathing suit tops, if unworn.
Limited Edition Magazines or Books
These items are highly collectible and can only be returned if the protective cover is intact.
Late returns
Your item(s) should be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, inclusive. Returns outside this timeframe won’t be accepted.
Repeated returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping easy. But we do monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and may lead to the closure of your Ekseption account or future orders being refused.
Influencer, Stylist and Production Company Returns
We reserve the right to decline purchases and returns exclusively made by influencers, stylists, production companies or similar with the intention of “borrowing” items for a given period. We consider any photos or media coverage of any sort constituting as wearing the product and those products cannot be returned. Our products cannot be used for photo shoots, reels, movies, shows, posts, and/or video productions. Borrowed items must be directly managed by brand showrooms.
Exchanges
Contact our Customer Care team if you wish to exchange your item(s). They will reserve the new desired size and organize the return. Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s). The first size exchange is free of charge.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within a week of receiving the return. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. Allow 7 – 10 days to see the credit on your account depending on your bank/ credit card issuer.
